Our festoon systems are quoted according to the customers specifications. All these systems are custom built to the application taking into consideration criteria such as speed, weight, acceleration, indoor or outdoor , temperature, environmental conditions, type of electrical cables, maximum loop depth, duty cycle and storage length restrictions or ambush length to name a few. We use various materials such as hot galvanizing, zinc plating, polyester coating or stainless steel for combating corrosive environments such as seaside locations. We provide flat steel wheels, flanged steel wheels, flat Volkollan covered wheels, lateral guide rollers and/or antilift rollers. These trolleys also come with rubber bumpers or cellular buffers. |
